I've been told that I am “hard-headed” but I'd rather have someone explain the “why's?”  I'm always questioning the dominant paradigm and I get into a lot of trouble that way.

I've worked a real job and quit the real job to find my bliss.  Some people think I'm a slacker but I'm really busy doing things that are important to me even though people think I should “grow up”.  Whatever.

I'm an artist and healer. I share my interests in mind, body, and spirit integration with others through my art work and my insights.  I learned from personal experience that art heals the mind, body, and spirit and creates a sense of meaning.  And that is why I am here because other likeminded people feel this way and share their views without judgment.

I also have a personal website.  It is my multimedia website about mind, body, and spirt techniques for stress management.
